Sarah Harrison is a Research Associate in the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge.

She has been involved in several multimedia projects, including the Naga Videodisc, and more recently, the elaborate Earl's Colne: Records of an English Village 1375-1854 website.

She has also made numerous trips to the Gurung village of Thak, in central Nepal, and has catalogued the entire Thak Archive in preparation for its launch on DVD as part of the Digital Himalaya Project.

When not involved with Digital Himalaya, Sarah Harrison can be found managing Bracton Books, a bookdealer specialising in secondhand books for the academic community particularly in the subject areas of Anthropology and Ethnography.
